Would you like to know if the foods you're eating are healthy or causing inflammation?  Request a food assessment and learn how to swap out your favorites for healthier alternatives and jumpstart your overall health.  This is your chance to have someone help you work through your food triggers and educate you on what foods would be best for your body. 

 

The perfect dietary protocol is one that you can follow.  If a protocol seems confusing or complicated then you won't be able to stick to it. 

 

What's included in a food assessment?  I review your food diary for the week. You can include refrigerator or panty pictures to show me what you have on stock.  I provide healthier swaps, a variety of recipes and a one hour coaching call.
